Delete your Gridlock 3D data

Gridlock 3D creates an anonymous online player profile to run its leaderboards and cloud saves. You can delete it at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Gridlock 3D and tap ONLINE on the title screen.
2. Tap Delete my online data, then tap DELETE.

By email

If you've uninstalled the game or can't open it, email gridlock2d.app@gmail.com with the subject "Gridlock 3D data deletion". Include your player name and, if you have one, your garage key (GRID-XXXXX-XXXXX). We'll delete the matching profile within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your anonymous player profile and garage-key login
• Your player name and all your leaderboard scores
• Your cloud save (and, if Gridlock 2D uses the same garage key or sign-in, that game's online data too)

We keep nothing afterwards. Progress stored on your device isn't affected. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it.
